these multiple spots which have been raised in this land in search of water has become the symbol of the region. The dependence of northern part of Sistan and Baluchistan region to Hirmand river which comes from Afghanistan has caused drought in the region since the water had been stopped in this river. 94% of the groundwater in Sistan and Baluchistan is being used in Agricultural activities and the rest will be used for industry and potable. The wasteful of using groundwater, climate change, reduce rainfall and drought for over 18 years in this region had been highly affected the level of groundwater.
